Duran Anatolia MENA, we are passionate about delivering excellent experiences for your project. Duran Anatolia MENA offers innovation in design, bespoke solutions, quality products and flexibility for hospitality market segment providing both Public Space and Guest Room Carpet. Duran Anatolia MENA supplies Axminster carpets handtufted area carpets, auto tufted carpets, high design lux machine made area carpets and handwoven carpets. The experienced and professional makers of our carpets have long standing track record the industry and legacy of quality design and delivery.
Salim Koc, is CEO of Duran Anatolia MENA. As such Salim Koc served as the general manager of the company that carried out all renovation and audit procedures on behalf of the Turkish Pension Fund, which owned reputable hotels such as Hilton Istanbul, Conrad Istanbul, Swissotel Grand Efes, Radisson SAS Ankara, Grand Hotel Tarabya, Hotel Çelik Palas, Hotel Maçka, Intercontinental Hotel (Istanbul).
During this period, he served as the chairman of the board of directors of the consortium that managed the comprehensive renovation project of 6 hotels together with Turner International. He managed the negotiations of the renovation projects of these hotels with hotel operators such as Raffles Hotels & Resorts, Radisson SAS Hotels and Milennium and Coptorne.
He managed the negotiations with design firms such as NBBJ, Di Leonardo, GMW, Robinson Conn and Gensler, who provided the renovation both in architectural and interior design services.
In addition, Salim was CEO of an international furniture company and understands the demands of construction and owner schedules and FF&E industry from the design, quality and business side.
Karen Suzanne Miller, is Creative director of Duran Anatolia MENA. This includes a career the expands over 30 years. Karen is an experienced and award winning interior designer. Karen has substantial experience in the international architectural design and FF&E industry. Karen is an NCIDQ, National Council Interior Design Qualified from United States licensed interior designer and SIB, Society of British Interior Designer accredited. Karen has worked on hotels and other significant commercial projects and building types in USA, Russian Federation, Taiwan, Peoples Republic of China, United Arab Emirates, Turkiye, Kuwait and beyond. Karen’s experience includes 5-star luxury hotels, Casino hotels, convention center hotels, and resort properties. Among the hotel brands her experience is with Marriot, Four Seasons, Swissotel and important regional brands. Karen has worked with top interior designers such as KPF, NBBJ, and Gensler.

Project Process &
Steps for Completion
To assure quality outcomes Duran Anatolia MENA will facilitate the proper process to provide quality and desired outcomes for your property. We propose a transparent process for your property, with ablity to meet your needs.
Factory visits can be arranged if required by property management, designers or contractors. All logistics for this can be worked out at any stage of the work.
Site inspection and due diligence will be performed by our team before any shop drawing are provides. Careful consideration of the specifications, conditions at site that is prepare to receive the carepts.
Shop drawings are produced for your approval indication of seam, transitions from one carpet to another one carpe to hard surface, direction and pattern match all considered and documented.
Strike off of quality colors and pattern will be provided and signed off by owner/designer/contractor before production of the carpets.
Mock up of each carpet as per directions from owner will be provided as per your request.
Production schedule can be provided working with your team so that deadline can be meet and expectations are fully transparent. Being in alignment as a provide and hospitality property establishes a trust and ablity to move forward with confidence.
Installation and turnover as this point careful inspection done for each installation and snag list will be done. Each space will be turned over to in a clean, vacuumed turnkey way.
Maintance directions will be provided to owners. Quality manufacters understand the investment in the carpet and importance of the facility communication of how to care for and keep carpets look new and lustrous for the important guests and business people.
